Josh Sandleback serves as Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Forte Bank and is responsible for managing all aspects of the bank’s credit policy and credit administration, and ensures the bank makes sound credit decisions. Josh also develops and updates the bank’s loan policy, and monitors the bank’s compliance with loan policy and appropriate regulations. He joined the bank in 2017.
Prior to working at Forte Bank, Josh held various underwriting and commercial credit management positions at financial institutions in Appleton and Milwaukee. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from UW-La Crosse. In his spare time, Josh enjoys golfing with his wife and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
