Ben Flath is the Assistant Branch Manager for the Hartford branch of Forte Bank. Ben works with customers to fulfill their banking needs and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. He assists with day-to-day operations in the teller and new accounts area, as well as assists with training new hires.
Ben received his Associate degree in Business Management from Fox Valley Technical College in 2021. He also is a Wisconsin notary public and a proud Eagle Scout. Ben’s professional philosophy is to treat people like he would treat his own family. He ensures that everyone he works with feels comfortable and welcome.
In his personal time, Ben is a proud family man and enjoys spending time with his spouse, two stepkids, and two cats. They all enjoy geeking out over gaming.
