Forte Bank’s online business banking service — Business Online Banking — can help you simplify your cash management. Business Online Banking allows you to set up Automated Clearing House* (ACH) transfers for both accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payroll, and now offers bill pay. In addition, we offer remote deposit capture* through Business Online Banking to allow you to deposit checks more quickly and efficiently from your place of business. You can deposit multiple checks using a check scanner we provide.
Business Online Banking even allows us to customize your company’s accessibility to the online banking system so that you can give certain employees access to specific functions, such as viewing your accounts, but not transferring funds, during set hours.
Business Online Banking also offers an 18-month history of e-statements and direct deposit and allows you to see check images. The service is compatible with most accounting software programs.

Business Mobile Banking
Forte Bank business customers who utilize Business Online Banking now have access to mobile banking. Customers with business accounts can manage their finances faster and more efficiently than ever with the free mobile business banking app. Not only does mobile business banking offer basic features such as viewing account balances, transaction history and check images, it also includes mobile deposit and real-time alerts through Notifi. Plus, the app integrates seamlessly with Business Online Banking.
To set up business mobile banking, please contact Deposit Operations at 262-670-3878. After your access is set up, the free app can be downloaded from the Google Play store for Android™ devices or the App store on iTunes® for iPhone® devices.

Notifi: Real-Time Account Alerts
Get real-time events and alerts on your business deposit or loan accounts, including low balance notices, debit transactions, pending loan payments and suspicious activity. Notifi allows you to take immediate action to address a specific need and reduces your exposure to fraud.
You control what you want to be alerted about and how you receive those alerts, whether it’s via email, text, a secure online inbox, or push notifications.
Simplify your life with access to your financial information when and where you want it! Notifi is a free service and can be enabled through Business Online Banking. Just select “Enroll” on your home screen under “Stay Alert” after you log in.
