John Lin is the Branch Manager at Forte Bank's branch in Hartford. John brings more than a decade of experience in banking and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
John joins Forte Bank with 12 years of leadership in both bank and credit union environments, having managed branches in Madison, Muskego, and New Berlin. With a background in hotel management prior to banking, John prioritizes strong customer experience and team development. His leadership style focuses on coaching staff toward professional growth and guiding customers through every stage of their financial journey.
John is deeply committed to the values of community banking and is excited to be part of an institution that prioritizes local relationships and personalized service.
Outside of the bank, John enjoys traveling, discovering local restaurants, exploring both well-known and off-the-beaten-path destinations, and experimenting in the kitchen with Italian, Taiwanese, and Mexican dishes.
