Why a community bank? “It is important to me to work for an organization that has integrity - one that knows the decisions made within the bank affect the community in which it resides. I want to be proud of the organization I represent, not because it can write a check to support local organizations, but because it can back up that check with a deep-rooted interested in doing what is right. I want to work for an organization that does not look at what it can get from its community, but rather how it can build up its community. That is what you can expect from Forte Bank.”
